i like it, though i think the shadows on the guy should be darker, and maybe remove the white pixels from the edge of the character, other than tht it's hawt :3

The fabrics well done, could be a bit darker thou, but other then that its looks pretty good

i do think the shading on the hair could imply more direction of light, but i'm still taken aback by how cool that freakin backdrop is!

ty and yeah I know what you mean. I don't have anything against soft yaoi, and some of the art I've seen to that effect has been really good, but there's so much of it when it comes to KH it's gotten really old just for one.

yeah I didn't note until after I uploaded I had missed a bit of the edge on the lineart. Next time I color a Nobody I'm definitely going darker on the cloak. Half of it in this one is the lighting I was trying to get (rubs neck) ah, you learn as you tho right? ^_^

ty.. I used dotting and a smudge brush on different opacities for most of the jacket shading. It made it a bit of a pain in some areas, especially the corners in the folds when working with layers: but I like the texture and effect it gives it.. I'll probably use that technique over again in the future ^_^

ty ^_^ the background is actually the downsized and tweaked portion of a second take on a digital painting I did a long time ago called Reverse Starflow..

For the lighting, I was trying for something a little more complex this round. There's actually two sources I was attempting: the most notable being attempted " close, down right " in the pic: roughly lower right corner, from closer up. The second, less prominant one is supposed to be " far/dimmer, midsection down left " which in my odd brain registers as softer light registered between the elbow and lower lines of his pecs, but a more straight angle. The hair was lighted with that in mind.. if the lights coming from below/front, the " halo " isn't likely to be centered over the top of the head...

no big deal, you could also make another layer just for the shadows
